Timesheets, project management software and billing tools are now available for your mobile devices such as BlackBerry, iPhone and Android smartphones. eTimeMachine collects activities, resource assignments and trouble tickets from systems such as Remedy, MS Project, Primavera in real time and sends them to the employee’s mobile devices. The employee updates activities he/she is assigned to, with progress and time and expense. The updates are sent back to eTimeMachine and eTimeMachine sends the updates back to Remedy, MS Project, Primavera as well as ERP systems (Accounting, Human Resources).
Remedy (Help Desk) - eTM - Mobile Device
When Remedy receives a ticket and assigns a resource or a resource group, this work assignment will be automatically sent to eTimeMachine. The resource will receive the ticket (as a task) in their workspace - on their computer and/or their Blackberry / Smartphone, making company resources (or crew, teams) more mobile and better informed. Mobile resources enter into their workspace updates such as progress, time and expenses (computer and mobile devices are continuously synchronized), and this updates eTimeMachine, and in turn updates Remedy.
MS Project - eTM - Mobile Device
Project Managers use MS Project to plan projects and assign resources. When a resource is assigned in MS Project, the resource receives the task he/she was assigned to in his/her workspace. eTimeMachine will automatically send the assignment to the resource's mobile device, allowing the resource to enter updates such as progress and time and expense. The updates are sent back to eTimeMachine in real time, and from eTimeMachine to MS Project.
ERP (Oracle Applications, SAP) - eTM - Mobile Device
eTimeMachine sends updates to Accounting and Human Resources systems, including SAP and Oracle Applications.
Oracle Primavera - eTM - Mobile Device
Project managers use Oracle Primavera to plan projects and assign resources.
