The eTimeMachine Workspace acts as the interface to the enterprise and presents personalized consolidated data and functionality to executives, managers (project & functional) and employees. The workspace is accessible on the LAN/WAN, internet and wireless devices (PDA) allowing company stakeholders to interface with the enterprise from anywhere, anyplace and anytime.

At the employee level, the workspace presents assigned project activities from Microsoft® Project, Primavera®, Action Request/Service Desk (Remedy™ & Magic™), activities (project, non-project and workflows) from eTimeMachinetm Enterprise. In ONE user-friendly environment an employee views all assigned activities, relevant project data (budgeted hours, start & end dates, dependent tasks etc…) and attached documents even those residing in document management systems to optimize employee efficiency.
In the same environment employees are prompted to report actual hours, expenses, progress, remaining hours and issues against all their assigned tasks. All data entered in to the workspace is passed through eTimeMachine’s matrix based timesheet approval hierarchy for validation. Once approved, data is sent to the appropriate Project Management, Financial, HR and Payroll System and also to eTimeMachine’s centralized data repository for extensive reporting capability.

The workspace is now integrated with Microsfot Outlook making it even more user- friendly. Employees can now receive and manage all their assigned tasks from Microsoft Project, Primavera, Magic™ Service Desk, Remedy™ ARS and eTimeMachine in MS Outlook! And if that’s not enough… employees can also report actual hours, expenses, progress, remaining hours and issues directly from within MS Outlook™!!
The workspace also provides project and functional managers with consolidated cost and performance data across all projects and functional business units. It presents rich resource information including: consolidated employee work schedules, HR information and enterprise-wide views of resource availability, usage and capacity so that resource utilization is maximized and project portfolios are better managed.
Employees and management no longer need to access multiple systems and manually reconcile and gel fragmented reports to obtain a complete picture of the current health of the organization and its projects.
